· Living room: entrance hall, beautifully furnished with cream sofas, luxurious soft furnishings, modern furniture and dark flooring. It is furnished with a double sofa-bed, armchairs, large plasma TV (International) and a DVD player. There are French windows all around the living room, opening onto the terrace. · Dining room: combined within the living room and has large table and chairs for 6 people. · Kitchen: very modern and well-equipped for cooking and dining. It has an electric oven & hob, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. There are French doors out onto the utility room and terrace. · Utility room: iron & ironing board. Washing machine. · Bedrooms: Two in total. One twin (with its´ own en-suite) and one double (with the other bathroom next door). Both bedrooms are light and sunny with lovely views, province style furniture and fitted wardrobes. There is additional sleeping for a further 2 people in the living room. · Bathrooms: Two modern stylish bathrooms, both with baths that have showers over. Both bathrooms are large with washbasins and WC. · Outside: Private parking, large beautifully tended gardens and 24 hour security. · Swimming pool: shared between the residents the swimming pool is never too crowded and has a small area for children. There is also a tennis court – you only have to reserve with the concierge! · Internet: not available here - sorry. · Telephone: There is no landline telephone available at this property, but mobile reception is good. · Baby facilities: baby cot is available here upon request. · Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 300 Euros on arrival. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. · Bed & bathroom linen: included in the rental cost. · Gas, electric & water: all included in the rental cost. · Winter heating: has been priced separately, to give you the option to use it. It is charged at the rate of 25 Euros per week, paid directly to the owner. There is also air cooling in the bedrooms and living room, and this is included in the price of a summer rental · End-of-stay cleaning: included in the rental cost. · Change over day: normally a Saturday however the owners may be flexible upon request. About the local area
· Beaches: Only 5 minutes from the nearest beach, Sa Lorena has a unique location in the exclusive Talamanca area. With its´ white sand and shallow crystal waters this really is a great beach for families with young children, or those who simply want to relax in beautiful surroundings without travelling too far. The beach has several family run bars and restaurants, ideal for sampling the local cuisine and a few cocktails at sunset. Talamanca also boasts great views over the neighbouring island of Formentera, with the hills behind you and Ibiza´s impressive medieval castle on the skyline. · Marina: Ibiza´s beautiful old fishing port and sophisticated yacht harbour are only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Watch the fisherman arrive with their catch of the day, or the rich and famous sipping champagne on the decks of their incredible boats, the marina really does have something for everyone. Every 15 minutes a small boat will take you from one side of the bay to other for only 3 euros or indeed from here you can take the boat to Formentera and visit the most virgin of the Balearic islands. · Sightseeing: The old town of Ibiza, known locally as “Dalt Villa” is again only a stones´ throw away. So well preserved is its´ medieval castle, that it has been named a World Heritage sight. Every May a medieval fair is held in its streets, perfectly capturing the atmosphere of Ibiza in centuries past. · Water Sports: There are a myriad of water sports to chose from including water skiing and diving and with the marina only a 2 minute walk away, yacht hire is also available for those who would like to visit the most hidden of Ibiza´s coves. · Shops: Local shops close to the apartment mean that whatever you need is on hand and with Ibiza town so close by, whether you are looking for a locally woven bag, or the latest design from Prada it is all on your doorstep. · Dining: Talamanca is so well situated it is hard to know where to begin. Local restaurants that have been run by the same family for generations, offering the fresh fish of the day, to some of the most sophisticated dining in the world - all of which with the Mediterranean as the backdrop. · Nightlife: Ibiza is world famous for its´ nightlife and for those who couldn´t go home without having experienced it, Sa Lorena has the amazing advantage of only being a 5 minute walk away from Pacha.
