The studio, located on the 2nd floor, is compact, full of natural light and includes everything necessary to make your stay comfortable.
Set in the heart of the town and just a short walk to the shops, the beach and the harbour.
This property is let all year round and is ideal as a base for those who like to tour the region from Provence to the West and the Cote d’Azur to the East.
Property Features
Living room/Dining Room/Kitchen: The studio apartment is neat and compact with lots of natural light from the three large windows. There is a double click-clack sofa bed and a single futon. The kitchen in modern and well equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, hob and lots of kitchen utensils. There is a breakfast bar and 4 chairs.
Bathroom: Light and clean with a bath, washbasin and toilet.
Swimming Pool: There is no pool at this property but the beach is within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
Internet: No access is available at the property but there is an internet café in the town.
Telephone: Sorry, there is no landline here but there is a good signal for mobile phones.
Winter heating: Is included in the rental price.
Electric, & water: Are all included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning: Is included in the rental cost.
Bed & bathroom linen: Are all included in the rental price.
Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 150 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages, or any necessary cleaning.
Change over day: Usually Saturday but please enquire as other days may be considered.
Long weekend stays: May be possible – please enquire.
Pets: Are not permitted - sorry.
Smoking: Is permitted at this property.
About the local area
Sanary-sur-Mer is a bustling seaside town and port. There are bakers, butchers, grocers, a bank and a post office. With lots of cafes, bars and restaurants which overlook the port and beaches, all of which are within walking distance of this accommodation. Just a 100 metres stroll takes you to the harbour and the shops.
Sports Facilities: It's a great location for touring either along the coastal roads to explore the neighbouring villages, or heading north into the vineyards and the beautiful countryside. There is tennis and a golf course just on the doorstep.
Activities: Sanary has a wealth of history for you to explore. Once inhabited by the Romans you can go in search of the ruins and where archaeological deposits have been discovered in the port.
Markets: There is a market every morning selling fresh produce and flowers. You can also choose from a selection of fresh locally caught fish every day, which is sold by the fishermen on the harbour.
Restaurants: Fancy a change from cooking, then take a short stroll to the harbour and port where you can choose from a variety of restaurants.
Supermarkets:You’ll find the nearest supermarket just a stones throw from the apartment where you can choose from a whole array of produce.
