PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

A beautiful Provencal stone farmhouse with large private pool.

The house, completely renovated recently with taste, has four large double bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people.

3 of the bedrooms are in the main farmhouse, the fourth is part of a separate apartment, close to the main house, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room

Mature, landscaped gardens give you the option to relax and dine al’fresco in the sunshine or shade

Just 2 km from the bustling centre of St Remy de Provence – with bike hire available for the short ride if you wish.

The house is ideally situated close to St Remy de Provence with easy access to explore Provence, the Luberon and the Carmargue and wonder at the architectural artefacts left by the Romans. 

St Remy de Provence retains the charm of an old market town and yet provides plenty of facilities. 

It's blessed with 60 restaurants (some number for a small market town!) as well as local shops and a weekly market. 

It is great for walking and cycling and relaxing with a picnic under the heavenly scent of the pine trees and wild herbs of the countryside. 

Local activities are plentiful: golf, horse riding, tennis, gliding, hot air ballooning, rock climbing, mountain bike riding and of course the coast and beaches which are all just an hour away.

The Farmhouse: Situated just 2 km from the shops, restaurants and market of St Remy de Provence, is a great holiday house for up to 8 people – there’s plenty of room to relax!

The Living Room: is spacious and cool in the Summer months, cosy in the Winter months. It has stone walls, a real fireplace and comfortable furniture.

The kitchen: is well planned and equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There’s plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

The Dining Room: has exposed, stone walls and table and chairs for 8.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in total; 3 large doubles in the main farmhouse and a fourth bedroom in the separate apartment, close to the house. All rooms have large, double beds.

Bathrooms: There are 3 shower rooms and 1 bathroom.

Apartment: close to the house is a self-contained apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen.

Outside: The villa has a large, landscaped garden with a BBQ and pizza oven for cooking and dining outside. There’s good quality outdoor furniture for relaxing or dining ‘al fresco’.

Swimming pool: The private pool is ideal for diving or cooling off and is protected by a pool alarm.

Internet: Wifi access is available at the farmhouse

Gas, electric, & water: Are all included in the rental cost.

End-of-stay cleaning: The owner of the house organises the end of stay cleaning and there is a charge of 140 euros payable locally.

Bed & bathroom linen: Bed linen and bathroom towels can be hired for 20 euros per person if you don’t wish to bring along your own.

Babies and Children: Are very welcome and there’s a cot and high chair available.

Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It is included in the cost of your holiday.

Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 1000 Euros and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.

Change over day: Saturday

Pets: sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.

Smoking: is not permitted.
